We want you to be happy with TrustHemps's purchase. If you find that your ordered product is of less than acceptable quality, please contact us with the LOT number and we will gladly look into it for you. If we find that the LOT has had production problems, we will send you a free replacement.
Please note that under no circumstances do we offer refunds. We will do everything we can to make your purchase work for you, but we cannot offer any refunds for purchases due to the nature of the product and shipping efforts.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
